10 Most Disappointing WWE Matches Ever
6. Sting Vs. Triple H (WrestleMania 31)
There's no denying it was cool to see a bunch of WWE legends and a bunch of WCW legends square off after its conclusion but, bell to bell, this one fell way short of the pre-match hype.
In fact, the whole thing just felt wrong from the outset, knowing that the Undertaker - a more fitting adversary for Stinger in his WWE bow (in the eyes of just about everyone apart from the man with his finger on the button) - was wrestling Bray Wyatt later in the night.
Any match that features a pair of semi-retired wrestlers way past their prime needs something special to elevate it above the sum of its parts. This one didn't, and what's more, there was always a nagging sense that the wrong man went over.
