5. Triple H Vs. Shawn Michaels (Armageddon 2002)
Given that they are best friends in real life, it's absolutely maddening that Shawn Michaels and Triple H presided over a slew of disappointing matches inside the ring.
In fact, outside of their unsanctioned SummerSlam encounter and a Monday Night Raw classic on New Year's Eve, just about all of their singles bouts have fallen a little short of expectations.
The most notable of them would have to be their Three Stages of Hell clash at Armageddon 2002, a match noted for its extraordinary length more than anything (and yet it still felt somehow longer).
And as if boredom wasn't enough, there was also the disappointment of seeing HBK's four-years-in-the-making title reign - which began at Survivor Series with confetti - come to an end after just one month.
