9. Tori

Speaking of underrated, there may be no woman on this entire list more overlooked in terms of the quality of her work than Tori.

The former love interest of Kane, she betrayed the Big Red Monster in January 2000, revealing a torrid affair with The Demon's former tag team partner, X-Pac.

From that point on, she became the prototype for the so-called "Sinister Sexpot" that Lita would become some six years later, a highly sexual Diva who took great pride in reminding the emotionally fractured Kane of the explicit activities she took part in with X-Pac.

Add to that the fact that she regularly interfered on behalf of D-Generation X, and even helped Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley win the Women's Championship, and you have a valet whose contributions to WWE programming were undeniable.

Don't believe me? Hop on the WWE Network, fire up any episode of Raw from 2000 and listen to the crowd when she interferes, then endures her comeuppance at the hands of Kane, Rikishi or The Rock.
