10 Most Epic WWE Debuts Ever

Some of the best WWE debuts are those that feel familiar as soon as they happen. It's a lot harder to get invested in or react to a new superstar you're completely unfamiliar with, but in the age of developmental brands and social media, this is rarely the case any more.

The debut of the Wyatt Family serves as a prime example of this. After a lacklustre run as the underwhelming Husky Harris, Bray Wyatt was rejuvenated as the leader of a sinister backwoods cult. Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, and Erick Rowan became a main attraction on NXT for a little over a year, before a series of vignettes heralded their arrival on Monday Night RAW. Due to these video packages and fans' familiarity with the blossoming NXT brand, Wyatt was greeted with thunderous applause as he declared to all who would listen: "We're here."

While WWE's treatment of the Wyatts has been questionable since, their debut was one for the ages. The darkness, the fireflies, the lanterns, the vague speechifying, the rocking chair: it all provided the perfect backdrop for Harper and Rowan's assault on Kane, and would at least mark Wyatt as having one of the best entrances in modern WWE, if nothing else.
