If you ever find yourself questioning Brock Lesnar's reputation as an unstoppable physical specimen, you should a) lock your doors (he's coming for you), and b) go back and watch his first in-ring appearance.

Debuting during a hardcore match between Maven, Spike Dudley, and Al Snow, Lesnar bum-rushed the ring, slamming Snow into a trash can, hitting one of the most beautiful F-5s of all time on Maven, and no-selling a weapon shot from Dudley, before drilling him into the mat with repeated powerbombs. As Good Ol' JR struggled to comprehend the size of 'The Next Big Thing', Paul Heyman joined Brock inside the squared circle, raising his arm and ushering in the era of 'the Beast'.

There was no lengthy entrance, no music, no flashy gimmicks, and no scathing promos. This was simply Brock doing what Brock does best: showing up to destroy physically inferior opponents with ease. Sometimes all it takes is size, strength, and the right advocate to forever etch yourself into the minds of WWE fans worldwide.
