10 Most Extreme WWE Risk Takers This Century

10. John Morrison

We start with a guy who isn't currently wrestling in WWE - but he left his mark on the company being notoriously extreme and acting as a real high-flier. Throughout his time with the WWE, he never really participated in too many high-profile storylines. But he did get a real reputation for entertaining the crowd on a wide variety of occasions. His repertoire of moves was enough to get him into this list alone; most notably that "Starship Pain" finisher, a bizarre corkscrew moonsault that very few WWE stars would be able to pull off.
He pioneered the Royal Rumble "moment" that Kofi Kingston has become famous for, too. Back in 2011 he was tossed over the top rope by William Regal, but somehow ended up in the barrier around the edge of the ring, before an outrageous leap onto the steel steps to really get the crowd going. Incredibly agile and supremely athletic, Morrison's departure from the WWE left perhaps a bigger hole than many believed it would. Hopefully the door for a return is still open - as Morrison was one of the most entertaining stars the WWE possessed.
