10 Most Heavily Protected Wrestlers In AEW Right Now
8. Jade Cargill
Which transitions us nicely into Jade Cargill, because at times it feels like AEW doesn't quite know what they have with her.
Aesthetically, Cargill could lay claim to being the most eye-catching wrestler on the entire roster. Her striking white hair along with her chiselled physique make her a unique specimen on the AEW roster and she certainly stands out in the burgeoning AEW Women's division.
Thrust into the spotlight by interrupting Cody on her debut, AEW never gave a satisfactory link between her and Shaq O'Neal. Then, Brandi's pregnancy killed their feud dead, and since then, Cargill has been made to tread water, besides her needless association with Mark Sterling.
Cargill is a star in waiting, but she has less than a year's experience between the ropes and to date has only competed in sixteen matches, the longest of which went seven-and-a-half minutes. Confined mostly to Dark and Dark: Elevation, Cargill is improving with every rep and has yet to taste defeat outside of the aforementioned Casino Battle Royale.
By keeping her out of the mainstream spotlight but keeping her record as dominant as it is, it's clear AEW are protecting Cargill for something big. What that is however, isn't that clear.
