Triple H started working for WWE in 1995, so he's a been a part of WWE for nearly the entire 21 year of Raw. He hasn't left Raw since then other than a year spent on the Smackdown brand. Even though he's not an active wrestler anymore he's still all over the show. It's actually a shock when Raw doesn't start with a promo by him and his wife Stephanie. Hunter's a polarizing figure in the sense that some fans are always going to be fans of his while others dislike him or think he's only where he is because he married the boss' daughter. What can't be denied is that he's accomplished a lot in the business. He's second to only John Cena in terms of winning World Titles in WWE (he has 13 of them) and while it would be too difficult to count, he might lead this list in terms of being the wrestler that has been on Raw more than anybody else. As WWE viewers we've seen Hunter grow before our eyes as a performer. He went from blue blood to degenerate to top villain to hero returning from injury to villain again to degenerate a few more times to veteran that could still go and to his current spot as the on screen Chief Operating Officer of the company. He really stood out as a heel. Most of his career highlights happened as a heel and when it comes to being a top heel, he might be the best one that WWE had during the 21 year run of Raw other than perhaps Vince McMahon. People sometimes forget just how great he was as a heel character. The critics will never let up, but what they should realize is that he's truly one of the biggest names in WWE history. In terms of the most important stars in Raw history he's right near the very top.
