10 Most Infamous Wrestling Shoot Interviews
8. Brian Kendrick’s…Less Endearing Shoot Interview
Brian Kendrick was originally scheduled to wrestle Jon Moxley on the February 2, 2022 episode of Dynamite. That was before he was replaced by Wheeler YUTA - the butterfly effect of which led to the formation of the Blackpool Combat Club - when some horrific comments Kendrick made in once-forgotten shoot interviews resurfaced on social media.
Kendrick was once known as a daft stoner who was into your more goofy conspiracy theories, but, it transpired, he was further down the rabbit hole. In addition to vile anti-semitism - Kendrick expressed his cynicism about the true, verified Holocaust death count - he implied that the Sandy Hook massacre was in some way engineered to implement gun control measures.
Kendrick later claimed, to K&S WrestleFest, that he doesn’t actually “believe in anything”. “I said [those things] because they’re salacious. I said them to get a rise out of people.”
However, Kendrick’s former tag team partner and former close friend Paul London - they’ve not been in contact for years now - addressed the controversy later that year on Rene Duprée’s podcast.
London revealed that Kendrick was once kicked out of London’s friend’s apartment for “spouting off some of this sh*t”. The friend in question had been personally affected by the holocaust.
