2. Vince Clears The Locker Room (2005)

Nobody needs a full recap of Vinnie Mac tearing both quads right at the end of the 2005 Rumble. It happened, it instantly became legend and it could've been avoided had Eric Bischoff or Teddy Long not already left the building. They would've surely been tasked with sorting out the mess John Cena and Batista had caused, not McMahon.

Edge is kinda' glad they didn't, because he witnessed quite the scene backstage afterwards.

He once said during a live Q&A session that an injured Vince returned behind the curtain and demanded that everyone get the hell out of there so he could survey the damage in peace. Edge recalled seeing the locker room empty, and the incredible visual of a wounded McMahon painfully walking outside towards his private limo.

The WWE chief presumably didn't want anyone to see him leave in an ambulance, so he awkwardly clambered into the limo instead. It wouldn't be a shocker to find out that he was angry at Bischoff or Long for leaving early either.
