1. Very Scary Coast To Coast
Roman Reigns speared Shane McMahon as he was in mid-flight for a Coast to Coast dropkick, which totally would've been a spot worth placing on this list in and of itself. This became a much bigger moment when it became noticeable during the subsequent pinfall that Shane was knocked loopy.
Even though he required some assistance, Shane was able to walk out of the arena on his own two feet. That's at least a good sign. Hopefully some positive reports on his health come out soon.
