Scurll's luck wouldn't extend much beyond this, as a Marty look-alike appeared later, distracting him from his opponent. It turned out to be Adam Cole offering the distraction, which was more than enough to allow Kushida to become the new champ. A TV Title rematch is now set for Best in the World.
