Date: June 26th Bret Hart had just defeated Jerry Lawler in a "Kiss My Foot" Match. The stipulation was that the loser had to literally kiss the feet of the winner. Lawler had done segments where he talked about not washing his feet, and how nasty they were, because he wanted Bret to suffer when it came time to kiss his feet. After Bret won, he forced Lawler to kiss his own feet. Lawler feared that he had done some sort of dental damage, so he did what everyone would do in that situation... he had his seven-foot-tall dentist come in and fight his battles for him. The man who would eventually go on to become Kane stepped into the WWF and he fit right into that "all wrestlers need a kayfabed second job" shtick that the company had at the time. Not only was he a wrestling dentist, but his name was "I. Yankem". Get it?!? Oh, and he had terrible, greenish yellow teeth! Hilarious. The character didn't last very long, but it still made a lasting impression. He would then go on to become the fake Diesel in another stinker of a storyline, which makes you wonder how he even lasted long enough to become Kane in the first place.
