There is no person more worthy of the top spot on this list than the one and only "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. The toughest SOB in the WWE made a habit out of going to jail, and didn't give a damn every time he went. Though his arrest after stunning Vince for the first time is certainly memorable, it pales in comparison to the incident below, which saw the Rattlesnake steal a zamboni and use it to attack Vince in the ring, literally jumping over Vince's security guards to clothesline the chairman.
