10 Most Misused Wrestlers In WWE History

9. The Bushwhackers

How they were used: a couple of idiots who liked to lick people.

How they should have been used: like they were as the bloodthirsty Sheepherders.

Go watch a Sheepherders match (after finishing this article, of course). Those were entertaining brawls by two stocky, shorter guys who could throw fists with the best of them. Then go watch as they morphed into The Bushwhackers. It's a bit of a minor tragedy.

Kids may have loved Luke and Butch, but try and picture watching them as adults when they debuted. Imagine an act like that going on today and not being the most hated thing in all of wrestling. It was bad casting, as no one ever took the duo seriously, despite all the blood they’d shed over the years in the business.

The Sheepherders were great, and could have been used as top-level villains in the WWF tag division against The Legion of Doom, Demolition and The Rockers. Instead, The Bushwhackers starred in a bunch of bad skits that would make Santino Marella blush.

Though it is still kind of fun to do their arm-swing walk. I’m not a complete monster!

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
