6. Has Uneasy Relationship With His First Son Due To Being On The Road
Story: With his wife, Sharmell, Booker T has a little boy and a little girl. Both children seem to get on famously with the former wrestler, and he remarked in a WWE Network special discussing his private life that he's thrilled to not be on the road as much as he used to be. Previously, Booker T had fathered another son from a previous relationship. The child is called Brandon, and the story goes that Booker has a strained relationship with the boy due to rarely being home during the height of his WCW fame. Even to this day, father and son don't really stay in contact much. Why People Believe It: In an issue of WCW Magazine in the late-90's, Booker T candidly stated that he wished he could spend more time at home to watch his son, Brandon grow up. During the same interview, the then-WCW TV Champion said his son played the WCW Nitro video game often to try and have some connection to his father. Should We Believe It: There's a chance that Booker T and Brandon have patched things up in the years since, but there was a lot of tension there before. That's something Booker has been open about, but it's unclear whether or not things have progressed with their father/son relationship since Booker retired from a full-time schedule.
