C.W Anderson had a cup of coffee in ECW and WWE, and by the early 2000s he was touring Japan. There, he met a female wrestling fan who he took back to his room and engaged in sexual activities with. In his own word: "I start hitting it from behind, as I go to pull out as we finish… this woman starts gushing blood from out between her legs."

The young woman began to bleed profusely from her vagina. She ran to the bathroom and Anderson went out for sushi with current NXT trainer Steve Corino. When they returned to the room the woman greeted them and proceeded to faint from blood loss.

Immediately the panicked pair of grapplers began to frantically plot how to escape the situation. Thankfully, the young woman awoke briefly but was in and out of consciousness. Being two foreigners in Japan meant the two wrestlers were wary of how the incident would be perceived by Japanese police if they reported it. Corino, having bled on multiple continents by this point, suggested all the young woman needed was orange juice to get her blood levels back up.

Anderson nursed the woman for three days in his hotel room. He didn't take her to a hospital: he just fed her orange juice whenever she would regain consciousness, desperately praying she would recover.

Finally she was well enough to remain conscious so Anderson put her on a bullet train back home. Six months later Anderson, found out she had actually suffered an aneurysm in her vagina.
