10 Most Over Wrestlers On WWE Monday Night Raw Right Now

1. John Cena

John Cena Returns 2021

Then. Now. Forever?

It certainly seems that way, based on the noise that has greeted every single one of his appearances thus far.

John Cena has rather masterfully applied himself since shocking Roman Reigns and the rest of the world with a show-closing appearance at Money In The Bank, and played master of ceremonies on the first audience-filled Raw that it was if he'd never been away.

Plenty would argue just how complimentary that is when talking about 'The Champ', but it's difficult to disagree with volume and people have turned it f*cking up every time Cena's been out there. The comparisons are quickly being drawn between 'Big Match John' and The Rock when he returned for their feud in 2011, and Roman Reigns as the younger gun this time around certainly helps with the synergy of it all.

Nobody has captured the excitement around having crowds back quite as well as Cena which is...an indictment when you think about it, isn't it? But then that's not a pre-requisite for watching the world's biggest wrestling content provider, so probably best to just enjoy the sound before it disappears by December.
