Routinely referred to as a 'pipsqueak' by announcer Gorilla Monsoon, Jimmy Hart was also dubbed the 'Mouth Of The South' for a reason. One of pro wrestling's greatest ever managers, Hart was famous for his airbrushed jackets, immaculate hairdo, and the megaphone that he carried around everywhere he went.

Watch any match with Jimmy at ringside and you'll be able to hear the diminutive manager. There's a certain genius to the megaphone, Hart was able to verbally berate his client's opponent and simultaneously fire encouragement at his charge in the process. Along the way, he grated on fans who couldn't wait to see Jimmy get his comeuppance.

On several occasions, the megaphone was cited as a reason by commentators to explain why top babyfaces had crumbled during matches. The ultimate distraction, Jimmy Hart didn't use a conventional weapon to help his wrestlers win.

In fact, he rarely ever attacked anyone. The beauty of Hart's prop was that he could raise the ire of everyone watching without really breaking the rules. That megaphone is now synonymous with Jimmy Hart, and for good reason.
