10 Most Radical Body Transformations In Wrestling

3. The Rock

If The Rock didn't have an impressive physique, he never would have become the top star in WWE during the Attitude Era. While not a bodybuilder, the multi-time champion boasted a frame that was both eye-catching and allowed him to put on great performances.

After retiring from the ring, The Rock still focused on being in shape, but he knew that even as an action star, he likely wouldn't need the same level of mass. He lost a lot of weight, appearing to be in the 220-pound range during the period from 2004-2006.

That period represented a low point in The Rock's career, though. As he would later describe it, he was very unhappy with the kinds of roles that he was getting and he way he looked - so he hit the gym and began bulking up again. Shortly after that, he landed a role in Fast Five that would pave the way to his becoming the biggest star in Hollywood.

When The Rock returned to WWE for matches in 2012 and 2013, he got to show off his huge, ripped physique in the ring.
