10 Most Radical WWE Character Transformations Of The Past 10 Years

1. Bray Wyatt

This is easily one of the starkest decade-spanning transitions of the last ten years. It's largely a rocky road with a very satisfying ending - so far.

Modern history tells us of Mr Bray Wyatt and his alter ego, The Fiend. We also know that this was a rejection of his previous gimmick: a psychotic hillbilly with a rocking chair and two hairy siblings. This persona occasionally reappears. Call it the Mick Foley effect.

Before all of this, however, came something else, an NXT rising star who went by the name of Husky Harris. Check out the video segment from NXT, 6 July 2010, where Husky gives his personal testimony, receives kudos from Cody Rhodes, and also gets an uncalled for weight-dig from an assuredly nasty Miz.

Look at him then! Look at him now! It's bloody incredible. The transformation was not a smooth one, the hardships were plentiful, but the perseverance paid off tenfold.

Of course, Bray is the master of fan service, as well as introspect and retrospect, meaning this past gimmick, alongside all others, is still alive and well...

... except now as a puppet pig.
