4. Neville

Despite the fact he's one of the newest - and smallest - men on the main roster, Neville has always been in fantastic shape. That dates back to his time on the Independent circuit, too. Neville is about as acrobatic as anyone we've ever seen in a WWE ring. And that's saying something. He looks to have a hefty background in sports such as gymnastics, but Neville admitted to WWE.com in an interview shortly after becoming NXT Champion that nowadays, he varies his workouts in order to stay lean and keep the fat off. He said: "I have a diet that is very high in protein with a good mix of fruits and vegetables. I€™m always trying to get stronger and increase power, so I need a lot of protein to feed my muscles. I keep my workouts as varied as possible. I body-build and powerlift and I incorporate athletic and conditioning work to ensure I€™m as prepared as I possibly can be for the demands of the ring. "My mam would tell me stories of how I would be relentlessly climbing, jumping, bouncing and flipping without fear. I guess it€™s in my blood. As I grew older, I refined my natural abilities into acrobatic attacks and strikes that I could use in the ring. Now, I maintain my agility and speed in the gym and through sport."
