King Barrett may soon run out of steam with his new gimmick, but since returning from injury he's become one of the most cut-to-shreds guys on the roster. He's got that body fat percentage down to a ridiculous level. But his tips are a whole lot more to do with his diet than anything else. WWE.com after his return to the ring that he actually does very little cardio outside of the exercise he gets in the ring. For Barrett, it's been a case of seriously cutting down on the beer and avoiding the junk food. He works out using free weights - which is what we should all be doing - but has pointed to the diet as being the most important factor in his major transformation. For a WWE Superstar, Barrett insists it takes a lot of planning to maintain a physique like his, and he actually insists fast-food places aren't that bad so long as you know what you're looking for.
