10 Most Stacked Cards In UFC History
7. UFC 94 (2009)
You could probably argue that four of the finest UFC fighters ever all entered the Octagon on the night of UFC 94.
On the main card, fight fans were quite simply spoilt by the talent on show.
You had Clay Guida and Nate Diaz clashing in a Lightweight bout, with Guida leaving as the split decision winner. Then you had Karo Parisyan earning another split victory in his match against Dong Hyun Kim, although that would later be overturned to a 'no contest' due to Parisyan testing positive for three banned painkillers.
These fights were merely appetisers, however, as Jon 'Bones' Jones' mauling of Stephan Bonnar soon followed and the world was yet again given a glimpse of what was to come from the now-UFC legend.
If that wasn't enough, a battle of the undefeated Brazilians saw Lyoto Machida taking on Thiago Silva next, with Machida KO'ing his compatriot via trip and flying punch combo in the first round - with just one second to go on the clock.
Really hammering home just how stacked this card was, our main event saw Georges St-Pierre and B.J. Penn going head-to-head in a highly anticipated rematch of their UFC 58 contest - which GSP won by split decision.
Not even grease-gate could take the shine off this Welterweight Championship spectacle as GSP managed to overcome another UFC icon in the fourth round with a 'referee stoppage on doctor's advice', further cementing himself as one of the very best in the history of the sport.
This card was a little bit ridiculous in hindsight.
