10 Most Stacked Cards In UFC History

6. UFC 225 (2018)

From top to bottom, UFC 225 was brimming with epic names from the company's past, present and future.

In the early prelims we were gifted a Light Heavyweight clash between future title contender Anthony Smith and former Champion Rashad Evans, with Smith KO'ing Evans via vicious knee in just 52 seconds. Current Lightweight sensation Charles Oliveira also made an appearance, coming away with a guillotine choke submission victory over Clay Guida.

Alistair Overeem and Curtis Blaydes' Heavyweight collision then headlined the prelims, with the young Blaydes causing quite a stir by knocking off the MMA legend with a few devastating elbows in the third.

That would have usually been enough to fill a reasonably entertaining UFC Fight Night card... but we were just getting started.

On the main card, fight fans rejoiced (and Dana White fumed) at the sight of Mike Jackson bullying CM Punk, before Tai Tuivasa added Andrei Arlovski to the ever growing list of the night's fallen UFC veterans. Holly Holm and Colby Covington then picked up decision wins over Megan Anderson and Rafael dos Anjos, respectively.

Finally, a rematch for the Middleweight title between then-Champion Robert Whittaker and the terrifying entity known as Yoel Romero sat as the cherry on top of this star-studded cake, with the pair completely annihilating each other for five rounds straight.

Whittaker managed to scrape a split decision victory on the night, but the fans watching this event all around the world were the real winners here.
