10 Most Succesful TNA Wrestlers In WWE

5. Bobby Roode

Bobby Roode’s run in NXT has so far been pretty glorious for him. You can tell that he’s a Triple H-type guy in that he works a more methodical style, and is a bit of an old school heel in his matches. That's going to help him in the long-run. And besides his fun theme song, he doesn’t really try to do anything to make the crowd like him.

It’s encouraging to see Roode show up in NXT, get to keep his name and have the announcers talk about his credentials (without mentioning TNA by name, of course). He’s only been on TV for a short amount of time, but you can imagine it won’t be too long before he makes the main roster. Raw and SmackDown could both use his presence, and he’s far too good to stay in developmental for long.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
