10 Most Successful TNA To WWE Transitions

7. Wes Lee

Consequences Creed Xavier Woods
Impact Wrestling

Wes Lee would not have found himself on this list six months ago.

Following a successful stint in Impact Wrestling as The Rascalz, Desmond Xavier and Zachary Wentz jumped ship to NXT in 2020 and were renamed MSK. From essentially day one, the duo planted themselves at the top of the NXT tag division, winning the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic in 2021 and the NXT Tag Team Championships in their first three months in the company. A partnership with Riddle led Wes Lee and Nash Carter back to the titles before everything changed immediately after.

Four days after winning the Championships, Carter was released following domestic assault allegations, meaning Wes was taken off television and stripped of his titles. While this could have been the end for lesser wrestlers, Lee has been able to weather the storm, and then some. Making the best of a terrible situation, Wes transitioned into a successful singles star in 2022, winning the North American Championship, still reigning as we speak.

Wes Lee has proven that not only does he belong in WWE, but he has the skills, look, character and most importantly, the connection with the fans be a top star for years to come.
