Most fans remember Chick Magnet Punk's pre-WWE days in Ring of Honor, going as far as to sign his WWE contract on top of the ROH World Championship back in 2005. However, Punk also spent a considerable amount of time in TNA, joining Mickie James as a part of The Gathering. The future Best in the World, along with Raven and tag partner Julio Dinero had several memorable moments and matches for the promotion before being forced out of the company after TNA stopped allowing Ring of Honor wrestlers to appear on theirs shows.

Not much can be said about CM Punk's time in WWE that has not already been analyzed repeatedly. Arriving with no promise of success, The Voice of the Voiceless climbed the ranks, becoming a two time Money in the Bank winner, and a Triple Crown Champion including his acclaimed 434 day reign as WWE Champion.

Despite a Hall of Fame list of accomplishments in the company, Punk always felt like he was being mismanaged, leading to his walking out on Vince McMahon the night after the 2014 Royal Rumble, never being seen on Raw or SmackDown again. That being said, few can argue that CM Punk is one of the greatest and most influential WWE Superstars in history.
