In 1990, all the "Warriors" of professional wrestling (Road Warriors, Modern Day Warrior, and Ultimate Warrior) joined forces to take on the team of Mr. Perfect & Demolition at Survivor Series. What made this match special was that it was the blow-off for several feuds that would not get another high-profile match on pay-per-view or Saturday Night's Main Event.

After feuding with the Legion of Doom, Demolition would be trimmed to just two members (Smash & Crush) following this match as Ax would soon leave the company. The two colossal teams would never get a true two-on-two pay-per-view showdown, This would be the closest they'd come.

Mr. Perfect was the star of the match, showcasing his athleticism and incredible bumping abilities throughout. Perfect made everyone he stepped in the ring with on this night look like a million bucks, but came out of the match on the losing end. Perfect did even the score with Intercontinental Champion Texas Tornado, pinning him via Perfect Plex, before taking the Ultimate Warrior's Splash for the finish.

In what has to be considered one of the most underrated Survivor Series events of all-time, the 1990 edition started out with a sneakily good opening contest.
