10 Most Underrated Superstars Of WWE's Ruthless Aggression Era
7. Jazz
Jazz had the unfortunate circumstances of coming into the WWE at a time when the likes of Stacy Keibler, Torrie Wilson, and Miss Jackie were being plastered all over promotional materials as the female faces of the company. And Jazz didn't fit into the eye candy role.
But she could damn sure hang with anyone you threw at her in the ring.
Despite becoming a two-time Women's Champion, Jazz is rarely given credit for the impact she had during her few short years with the company. She had two excellent feuds with Victoria and Trish Stratus before succumbing to a significant shoulder injury.
And while it's this injury that's often cited as the main reason Jazz fell out of favor, the truth is that WWE bookers simply had no idea what to do with a woman who was neither "classically beautiful" nor the type of Amazonian sideshow they made Chyna and Nicole Bass out to be.
Instead, she was often shoved to the background after helping women like Gail Kim get over. It's too bad, because the women's division desperately needed a tough, powerful heel to hold it all together, and Jazz was ready-made for the position.
