4. Mark Andrews

WWE's United Kingdom project has brought a number of tremendous wrestlers into the company, but while the likes of Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate have rightly earned the bulk of the praise, there's plenty of talent below them too. Mark Andrews stands out among the pack, and if WWE decide to put a spotlight on him like they've done with the aforementioned duo, he's going to be a huge star.

Andrews is the UK's best babyface. Not only is he an eye-catching high-flying wrestler, but he's an excellent seller, and someone who does a great job of making crowds buy into his struggle. This, coupled with his diminutive stature, makes him an ideal underdog, and he always excels when booked against larger, more imposing foes.

Still only 25 years old, Andrews has plenty of time to become a major star. He was on TNA's books for close to three years, but unsurprisingly, the company had absolutely no idea what to do with him. WWE must learn from their mistakes if they're to turn Andrews into a success, but if they were to put him in NXT tomorrow, he'd be one of developmental's most popular acts within a month - he's that good.
