10 Most Underrated WWE Stars Of The Attitude Era

10. Steve Blackman

During The Attitude Era, Steve Blackman was known as The Lethal Weapon, and he was famous for his fierce martial arts skills and ability to wield any object as an instrument of pain. Blackman actually first joined the WWF in 1988 as enhancement talent and was being considered for a full-time contract when he was struck ill with malaria. He was bedridden for two years and spent much of the early nineties retraining his body to return to peak physical condition. It wasn€™t until the start of the new millenium until Blackman truly found his niche and became one of the most exciting aspects of the Hardcore division. His most famous moment came at SummerSlam 2000 where during a match with Shane McMahon, he sent Shane-O-Mac falling fifty feet from the Titantron In late 2003 Blackman parted ways with the WWE and has since spent his time teaching self-defense and MMA. A reality show following Blackman as a bounty hunter was recently pitched for the WWE Network, but aside from a sizzle reel there€™s been no news on the show for nearly a year.
