10 Most Underrated WWE Stars Of The Attitude Era

9. Big Boss Man

The Big Boss Man was one the most evil, dastardly characters of The Attitude Era, but he actually made his WWF debut a decade earlier. Originally, he was more of a prison guard type character and even feuded with Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage in the summer of 1988. After leaving the WWF in 1993 and spending five years with WCW, Big Boss Man returned in his more commonly recognisable private security-style ensemble. He was often allied with Vince McMahon and The Corporation, and was routinely sent out as the big guy that got beat a lot, similar to Corporate Kane in the modern era. Boss Man is remembered fondly for being one of the few heels to get truly evil and often went way too far in his attacks on the babyfaces. He famously towed Big Show€™s father€™s casket away from his funeral and once went so far as to kill Al Snow€™s chihuahua, Pepper, and then served the meat to him as a meal. Unfortunately, The Big Boss Man faded from relevancy in the dawn of the new millenium and was let go in 2003. He passed away from a heart attack in 2004 at the too young age of 41, but is fondly missed by those who remember the bad behaviour of The Big Boss Man.
