10 Most Underrated WWE WrestleMania Matches Ever
4. The Usos Vs Aleister Black & Ricochet Vs Rusev & Shinsuke Nakamura Vs The Bar - WrestleMania 35
There’s a bittersweet quality to this match - three of the participants have since been released, and two of those still with the company are being badly, or barely utilised. With that in mind, though, it’s worthwhile rewatching this celebration of WWE’s stacked roster circa 2019.
Ricochet is the star here, and is over in a big way, illustrating once again how bizarre it is that he’s been given so little to do on the main roster. He pulls out his usual tricks in front of an appreciative crowd, and offers a reminder how good his tag team with Aleister Black was.
It’s a spotfest for sure, but nicely put together with everyone getting a chance to shine. Cesaro and Sheamus enjoy an extended sequence of dominance which sees one of the longest Giant Swings in memory. Shinsuke and Rusev show off their unique offence and power game. And in the end, the Usos do their tag team magic and leave with the belts they brought.
The match doesn’t stick around long - helpful for a show this overpacked - and is consistently entertaining, even if many of those involved deserved a whole lot more.
