10 Most Unwanted WrestleMania Title Changes

10. Chyna vs. Ivory (Women's Title - WrestleMania X-Seven)

There was a time when Joanie Laurer was one of the most valuable assets available to Vince McMahon and company - as unique as they come, Chyna was a huge star in her own right, one that occasionally threatened to crossover entirely from pro wrestling into mainstream entertainment. Appearances in shows such as '3rd Rock From The Sun' may have been fleeting, but they represented the general buzz surrounding the industry at the time. No doubt about it, Chyna was a big deal, something even she believed. For that very reason, it always seemed like the fierce female felt she was lowering herself when working alongside other women. WrestleMania X-Seven in 2001 would be Chyna's last ever 'Mania showing, and it was a pretty one-sided affair. It's difficult to know who the then-WWF were trying to please by having her run roughshod over elite female wrestlers such as Ivory, and the whole ordeal did little for the Women's Title. Chyna didn't seem to really want - or need - the thing, and she acted like holding it was beneath her status.
