10 Moves WWE Superstars Don't Do Anymore

2. Brock Lock (Brock Lesnar)

Once he returned to WWE from his UFC successes in 2012, Brock Lesnar's big submission move was an arm-breaking Kimura. Aside from that, he's relied on kicks, punches, a bevy of German Suplexes and his F-5 to fill his matches. There's been exactly zero talk, either from Paul Heyman or the announcers, about his old Brock Lock.

You'd be forgiven for forgetting that it even existed.

During his first run between 2002-04, Lesnar debuted a Stretch Muffler as his core submission. It looked realistic, and fans were willing to buy into the idea that an amateur wrestling beast like Brock could feasibly torture opponents by pressing his head against their hamstring and pulling the ankle over the other side.

Top talent like Rey Mysterio sold the move like it was agonising, and that helped it get over. Apparently, Brock wasn't happy with it though, because he randomly stopped using the hold before leaving WWE in '04. From 2012-present, it hasn't had a re-airing.
