10 Moves WWE Superstars Don't Do Anymore

3. Punt (Randy Orton)

It's amazing how wrestling's best performers can take something so straightforward and turn it into one of the hottest moves in the industry. That was the case when an angry Randy Orton went on the warpath and started viciously punting others in the skull.

As the 'Viper' coiled in the corner, almost foaming at the mouth, the anticipation for his simple boot to the side of someone's head had fans on the edge of their seats. It was dramatic, violent and rather sick all at once, but it was also risky, and eventually, WWE decided to ban the move due to fears that it'd cause concussions or head trauma.

This is something Orton admitted on Twitter in 2012.

There's been no repeat performance for the punt since then. Randy's RKO, draping DDT and even his unique Backbreaker-style signature move have all remained part of his artillery, but the Punt has been lost to the sands of time.
