7. Central Intelligence

Well, we can hardly talk about upcoming movies starring wrestlers without mentioning full-time Hollywood star and sometimes wrestler Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. Now one of the most successful movie stars in the world, it seems that a fair few have forgotten that, at one time, The Rock dressed in spandex and pretended to fight people for a living, whereas now he, erm... Yeah, so, The Rock has confirmed that he will be at WrestleMania 32 in Dallas on April 3rd. It's not known whether he will be wrestling, however, due to issues getting insured thanks to his Hollywood commitments. Commitments such as Central Intelligence, an upcoming buddy cop action comedy co-starring Kevin Hart. Now Kevin Hart isn't everyone's cup of tea (although clearly a lot of people do love him) and the trailers didn't exactly make it look like the laughfest of the year or anything, but The Rock is generally a funny guy and, more importantly, an eminently watchable screen presence. Even if he's in something that's total garbage, he'll at least more than likely be decent in it. In Central Intelligence he plays the musclebound, one-time bullied CIA agent to Hart's accountant and at one time coolest kid in high school. An earth-shattering premise it is not, but the two could very well have good chemistry together. The film is directed (and co-written) by Rawson Marshall Thurber, the man behind We're the Millers and Dodgeball: A True Underdog Stor and is set for release on June 17.
