5. Zayn And Owens Alliance

After Sami Zayn’s emphatic win over Kevin Owens, sealed with a pair of back-to-back Hellluva Kicks, it appears that it’s time for both men to put this rivalry behind them.

That being said, it’s going to hard for them not to cross paths anymore with them both on the same Raw roster. But what if they do indeed continue to cross paths, just in a rather different capacity?

Over the months, this feud has evolved from one of Owens’ petty jealousy to one of Owens feeling hurt that Zayn hadn’t been happy for his success. And though his logic was somewhat questionable, that at least showed that Owens did indeed care about his one-time friendship with Zayn.

If a more apologetic Owens were to approach Zayn, tail between his legs after a humbling defeat, it wouldn’t be too far-fetched at all to see these two putting their differences behind them and instead choosing to fight alongside one another.

Plus, we’ve seen the teasing of an alliance in recent weeks; working together to dish out a double super kick to Chris Jericho, suffering together at the hands of a double chokeslam from Kane.

It would take a rather drastic character change for Owens, sure, but not an entirely implausible one. And anyway, everyone loves a happy ending, right?
