9. A Stip-Heavy Women’s Title Rematch

The finish to Sunday's big title bout between defending champ Toni Storm and challenger Deonna Purrazzo was all rather intriguing. AEW surely set up a rematch between both women when 'Timeless' tapped as Luther distracted the ref. That 'visual finish' gives Purrazzo a fine argument for one, at least.

Don't be shocked if Deonna gets another shot at Dynasty, but both Luther and Mariah May are banned from ringside. Also, here's something on May: She was positively giddy when Toni handed her the Women's Title post-match. Something is building between mentor and protege long-term there.

Maybe that'll be the Women's Title situation at Double Or Nothing.

Sadly, Purrazzo's challenge sagged. The match...wasn't great, and it's obvious to everyone watching that taking the strap off Storm right now would be a huge mistake. She's the most interesting character this division has ever seen, and shouldn't lose the belt just yet.

Deonna does, however, deserve a rematch.
