10 New Directions For AEW After WrestleDream 2023

1. Edge Getting Back His...Edge!

It was a deceptively big deal for Copeland to share the ring with Sting at the tail end of WrestleDream. That's something he'd never done before, but Edge vs. the Stinger probs isn't on any agendas over the next 12-18 months. Nope, Copeland is here primarily to enjoy himself and help younger workers.

Of course, he wouldn't sniff at a showdown vs. someone like Samoa Joe whilst he's in AEW. That's a given, and so is the idea that Adam will wrestle more frequently than he did over in WWE. The legend is about to have loads of fun, and there are so many cool matches on the horizon for fans.

Every wrestling enthusiast should be thrilled by that.

WWE was home to Edge for a long, long time, but it became obvious they didn't have much for him following the Judgment Day stuff. Now, as an All Elite-r, Copeland can focus on cramming as many excellent experiences into the remainder of his active wrestling career as possible.
