10 New Directions For AEW After WrestleDream 2023

5. Full Gear!

Adam Copeland Edge AEW

Oh yes, this breathless run of AEW pay-per-views continues on 18 November at Full Gear.

Tony Khan will have to move quickly to line up a card worth watching. The boss seems to be getting away with that side of things because his roster is so damn talented; WrestleDream, for example, looked like it might be a duff show on paper, but the wrestlers at his disposal are so good they elevated things.

Edge/Adam Copeland debuting was obviously the big surprise, but it says everything for the merits of this pay-per-view that things would’ve been solid without that. Wow, this guy genuinely didn't think he'd be typing this sort of thing on a Monday afternoon. Pro wrestling, eh?

Full Gear has a brand new look, and it'll play a key role in this brand new era for All Elite Wrestling. It could also house Copeland's first AEW pay-per-view showcase, and that'll make the event more historic than some might've thought a few months back.
