4. Jericho Putting His Protege Over

An argument could be made that Chris Jericho is already putting Sammy Guevara over simply by working with him and giving him the fall at WrestleDream. That's fair, but they've still to have a true one-on-one grudge match on PPV. Perhaps that's on tap next month?

Sammy got one over on Jericho following Don Callis' baseball bat shot on Sunday. You just know Jericho will be hot about that on episodes of TV soon, and he'll want revenge on both guys. Callis can eat that later, but for now? Guevara has to get the last laugh on his old mentor.

It's hardly like Chris needs a win these days.

This is a very crucial period in Sammy's career. Beat Jericho once and for all and he could be a made man. Get lost in the shuffle whilst Don Callis takes most of the heat and he'll be right back to square one. It's vital AEW gets this right.
