Someone needs to have a sit-down brainstorm session about Damian Priest's motivations as a character. Corey Graves tried to cover for him by saying Priest fancied winning the Rumble to double guarantee a title match, but...he's already 'Mr. Money In The Bank' and can cash in on champs at any time anyway.

In short, he didn't need to be in the Rumble at all.

It'd be cool to see Damian wise up in coming weeks and start flexing his brain power. He should be crowing about how an injured Seth Rollins is ripe for the pickings, not putting himself forward to win title opportunities he already has. That's stupid, and made Priest look like a thick sort of heel when he should be cerebral.

Hopefully, WWE can put a bow on this R-Truth stuff with Judgment Day too. As fun as it is, it's definitely chipping away at the killer edge the group had. Priest, by association, is suffering as a character because of it. Let's get serious.
