Back when the 'King of Strong Style' first arrived in the world of sports entertainment, it's safe to say this Japanese legend felt like the coolest figure under WWE contract.

Strutting around like a flamboyant rockstar, Shinsuke Nakamura combined that effortless charisma with a savage in-ring arsenal as he quickly got his hands on NXT Championship gold.

But then, as frustratingly expected, Vince McMahon had other, far more soul-destroying ideas for the explosive 'Artist' when he finally hopped up to the main roster.

Whether twirlling his moustache as a bland cartoonish villain or simply dancing his way to the ring to the sound of Rick Boogs shredding on guitar, Nak just always felt like a lame shadow of his former self under Vince's watch.

However, things gradually changed once 'Papa H' made himself comfy on the creative throne. And by adding something as wonderfully simple as some subtitles to the threatening promos Shinsuke began cutting in his native tongue, Nak quickly re-established himself as a rather compelling and sinister entity on Monday nights.

This marvellous subtitle tweak is finally giving Nak the opportunity to let that undeniable charisma flow, with Nak going from wasted mid-carder to red-mist-spraying scourge of Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes seemingly overnight.
