10 Next Steps For Brock Lesnar After WWE SummerSlam 2016
1. Retirement
It may seem premature to be throwing the r-word around for
Lesnar, but given that his contract is only set to run to WrestleMania 34, we
could soon be facing a situation in which Lesnar hangs up his XXXL gloves.
By that point, Lesnar will be the wrong side of 40, but more importantly he’ll have earned an absolute shedload of money from his many WWE paydays, so much so that he’ll likely be able to call time on his infrequent in-ring escapades. Plus, cast your minds back to the will-he-won’t-he saga that surrounded his previous WWE deal. If he was in two minds about signing back then, is he really going to want to be tied into another multi-year commitment?
My guess is that he probably won’t be, not when there’s a perfectly good farm is Saskatchewan awaiting his early retirement.
Most of the previous entries on this list would be next steps instigated by the WWE. In this one though, we’ve got a situation that would finally allow Brock Lesnar to do exactly what Brock Lesnar wants.
