5. He Hated Going Back To TNA As Part Of Ric Flair Hall Of Fame Deal

Flair was already inducted in the WWE HOF in 2008, but they wanted to honor him a second time. The problem was that Flair was under contract to TNA Wrestling. TNA ended up okaying the deal although they wanted to have a former TNA performer appear on their programming one more time. That agreement led to Christian appearing on TNA Slammiversary in 2012. His TNA name was Christian Cage, so that's what he was introduced as by Hulk Hogan. His old music and video played as he entered the ring to deliver a promo. He delivered a promo talking about how even though the people have changed and the ring might have changed, nothing has changed is the fans.
