1. The Randy Savage Sex Story
Story: It's one of the most popular urban legends in wrestling for the past 20 years. Randy Savage was one of the biggest stars in WWE history. When Savage left WWE in late 1994 the rumor is that he had sex with Stephanie McMahon and when Vince McMahon found out, he fired him, which caused Savage to sign with WCW. Stephanie turned 18 in September of 94, so if the affair happened before that she would have been underage. Savage, who passed away in 2011, was 25 years older than Stephanie. A lot of wrestlers that left WWE for WCW were brought back at some point. Savage never was. He's one of the most popular wrestlers ever yet he's not in the WWE Hall of Fame either. If you listed the top 10-15 most important people in WWE history, he's on that list. Rumors have been out there that he's not in the Hall of Fame because he wanted his family to go in with him, but there's no proof that it's true. It's one of those rumors that few people really know the truth. Savage has passed away, so we'll never know from him while it's unlikely that Stephanie or Vince would ever say anything about it.
Why People Believe It: The fact that Savage isn't in the WWE Hall of Fame yet shows that there has to be a reason Vince McMahon doesn't like him enough to put him in. It can't just be because he left 20 years ago. The feeling is there has to be more to the story.
Should We Believe It: No. It seems unlikely just because if it was true then there would be people talking about it more. It's not like Randy's friends talked about it being true. It's just one of those stories that was likely talked about by people in WWE as a rumor, then it spread and now if you type their names together in a search you're going to be able to read a lot about it.
