It's nowhere near the Undertaker's unbelievable 21-0 WrestleMania streak, but the longest running streak in Summerslam history goes to the man who helped build the event, Hulk Hogan. After headlining and winning three tag team matches in the first four SummerSlam events, Hogan was absent from the WWE's summer classic for fifteen years before returning in 2005 with a dream match with Shawn Michaels. Although the match is most memorable for Michaels' overselling, Hogan was victorious, as he was in 2006 against Randy Orton. The two wins extended Hogan's undefeated Summerslam record to 6-0. Hogan's closest threat to that crown was that of the late Ultimate Warrior, who was 5-0 at Summerslam. While Hogan's undefeated record remains the most impressive, both Triple H and Edge have six-match winning streaks at the event as well. However in the case of Triple H and Edge, they had lost Summerslam matches earlier on in their careers.
