10 Observations From An Evening With Kurt Angle

5. A Patsy

Kurt Angle€™s one of many celebrities to sign up to offer celebrity greetings if you pay a certain amount and send him what you want him to say, he€™ll give you a birthday greeting or a 'good luck' etc.

A fan in attendance reminded Kurt of a greeting he had put up online to a Scottish fan wishing him a Happy Birthday and telling him to enjoy a 'Patsy'. The fan asked Kurt if he knew what it actually meant that he€™d told the fan to do. Angle had no idea what it meant and was curious to know what he€™d told this young Scottish gentleman to do.

A Patsy in Scotland is a code name for drugs. A Patsy is a Patsy Cline, rhyming slang for a line - a line of cocaine. Angle immediately developed a cheeky grin as he tried to maintain he didn€™t know that as everyone in the room gave Angle a big cheer for inadvertently telling a young boy to take a line of blow.

Only in Scotland, folks.
